Two humans build Ryn’s Academy. Mikki holds a BA in English and writes the curriculum. Aaron is the artist and the scientist — a BFA, now completing a second BS in Biochemistry; the science lessons are his. Real people write, check, and stand behind every lesson. Parents of an exceptional 6-year-old who challenges us in our teaching every day.
We rest, too. Ryn’s Academy closes for Shabbat and for the no-work days of the Jewish year. On those days the site shows a rest page instead of lessons — no new work, no deadlines, nothing counted late. A student who is mid-lesson when a closure begins may finish it. We reopen when the day ends.
